2. Our services
IT Recycling UK provides IT equipment recycling, secure data destruction, IT asset management, secure collections, remarketing and relocation services across the United Kingdom.
3. Quotes and free collections
Quotes are provided free of charge and are subject to final confirmation based on the equipment confirmed at collection. Free collections apply to qualifying volumes (typically 10+ items), assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Data destruction
Data destruction is performed using certified methods (NCSC / NIST). Certificates of destruction are provided upon request in accordance with applicable procedures. However, data destruction is a specialist process and responsibility for the accuracy of asset descriptions provided rests with the client.
5. Acceptance of equipment
We reserve the right to refuse or return equipment that does not match the description provided or that poses a health and safety risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Recycling UK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of statutory duty.
7. Environmental commitment
We aim for a zero-to-landfill outcome on all acceptable equipment, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
