What are the WEEE Regulations and how do they affect me?

In January 2007 the Waste electrical and electronic equipment directive was formed.

The directive aims to dramatically reduce the impact we have on the environment by reusing, recycling and recovering waste electrical items.

WEEE directive aims to improve the performance of UK businesses that make, recycle, recover and manufacture electrical and electronic devices.

If you are a business based in UK you are obligated by law to dipose or recyle your items in an ethical way using properly licensed services.
